In 2022, the Nevada Division of Tourism (Travel Nevada) applied for and was awarded a highly competitive U.S. Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration (EDA) grant for $3,712,000 to fund Adventure Centers designed to engage and educate about Nevada’s outdoor recreation landscape.
