Judith Perez Siegel

Judith Perez Siegel was born in East LA. She then moved to Las Vegas in 2004 where she adeptly managed the day-to-day operations of a fast growing multi residential portfolio, honing her leadership skills and strengthening her ability to navigate the complexities of real estate management.

Fast forward to 2024, currently in 16 states with a diverse collection of properties such as multi-family units, hotels, retail and land developments. Mrs. Siegel currently oversees all philanthropic and governmental affairs for the company and serves as a liaison between the local government community and non-profit organizations.

In addition to that, she loves creating smiles with their fun and whimsical Pinkbox Doughnuts Brand. With just a little dough she can deliver that huge heart-warming smile. On Sundays, you can find her at Siegel’s Bagelmania, greeting customers and serving them bagels and deli scoops to their tables.

She stays busy with her greatest role which is being a mommy to their two sons. She has an infectious passion for life that carries into every part of her life, both personal and business. Judith’s journey to the Nevada Tourism Board has been marked by a blend of innovative leadership, community engagement and a deep-rooted passion for enhancing the local landscape of Nevada.
