DESCRIPTION:You are cordially invited to join Travel Nevada on our domestic sales mission to Los Angeles\, CA. This mission will an optional consumer component as well as media and sales. See the itinerary below and if you are interested in joining us\, please send the requested information. \nFriday\, Feb 14 \nEarly arrival to LA for booth setup (we have 2 booths at the Travel and Adventure Show) www.travelshows.com \nGroup dinner for those doing the consumer show (booth times will be determined) \nSaturday\, Feb 15 & Sunday\, Feb. 16   \nTravel and Adventure Show LA  Saturday 9:30-5:00pm- Sunday 10-5pm \nFeb 16 \nBooth Breakdown \nFeb 17     \nGroup sales calls – We will be making group sales calls to some large receptives in the LA area. List TBD \n5pm                 Set Up for Nevada Night at the OUE Skyspace https://oue-skyspace.com/ \nOne of LA’s most interactive experience\, Travel Nevada has rented the private event space high above LA. Our Nevada Night will consist of a mini-tradeshow\, dinner\, cocktails (sponsored by the LVCVA)\, trivia game show and entertainment. The invitees will be a mix of media\, agents\, tour operators\, influencers and special guests. \nCost to participate- Zero! If shipping those to the convention center there is a fee for the materials to be accepted\, housed and delivered by the tradeshow itself\, so you will have to be prepared to pay that prior to delivery to the booth.
