This year, Land Rover joined in the fun as a sponsor, designating Nevada Passage the U.S. qualifying event for its international competition, the Land Rover G4 Challenge, which involves 18 countries. Two of the three Nevada athletes who competed in 2008 will advance to the G4 international competition in 2009.
